4 (4) Returning persons to prison upon revocation. The treatment of sections

7proceedings that are commenced by the department of corrections on the effective
8date of this subsection.
9(5) Concurrent and consecutive sentences. The treatment of section 973.15
10(2m) of the statutes first applies to persons sentenced for crimes committed on the
11effective date of this subsection.
12(6) Terrorism response training for law enforcement officers. The
13treatment of section 165.85 (4) (b) 1. and 1d. of the statutes first applies to persons
14being appointed law enforcement officers or tribal law enforcement officers on
